Consolidating shipments allows you to combine multiple packages received at your free U.S. Stackry address into one shipment for international delivery. Benefits include lower international shipping fees, fewer packages to track, and streamlined customs clearance.
Step-by-Step Guide to Consolidate Your Shipments
Follow these steps to request consolidation of your packages:
- After logging into your dashboard. Click into the Received Packages section and select the packages you wish to consolidate and click Consolidate.
- On the next screen, select the intended shipping address from your address book, if you need to add a new address, click Add Address in the upper left hand corner. Click Next Step.
- Next, you'll then be asked to enter customs information. Add a General Description, quantity and price per item for all items in your package. Enter each different item on a separate line by clicking Add More Items. Click Next Step.
- Next, you'll be presented with packing options. Once you have made your selections, click Consolidate.
- Now you wait. Once you request the consolidation, please allow for 3-5 business days for it to be completed. During this time, our team will ensure your package gets packed safely and securely according to your instructions in the most economical way possible.
- You'll receive an email as soon as your shipment is consolidated, at which point you will sign back in to your account, click into the Ready for Payment section, make your carrier selection and check out!
Tips for a Smooth Consolidation
- Ensure all packages have arrived and are logged in your Stackry account before requesting consolidation.
- Review your packages in the dashboard for any alerts concerning prohibited or hazardous items before requesting consolidation.
- Keep in mind that consolidation may take additional handling time before your shipment is dispatched internationally.
